Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software and services provided by KoleeIT ("we," "our," or "us"), including our desktop applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Use of the Services

  • License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
  • User Account: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of our Services; (b) resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Services; or (c) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of KoleeIT. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the KoleeIT name or any of the KoleeIT trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

For paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details. Subscription services will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the Services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KoleeIT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
